General Policies

All required information is service dependent and we may use the above said user information to, maintain, protect, and improve its services (including advertising services) and for developing new services. Such information will not be considered as sensitive if it is freely available and accessible in the public domain or is furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force.

Course Enrolment

All applicants must ensure that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. Admission to any course is subject to eligibility, availability, and successful completion of the admission process.

Fees and Payments

Course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated during admission. Late payments may attract penalties or could result in suspension from attending classes until dues are cleared. Fee structures may vary depending on the course, certification body, or additional training modules.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Students who wish to cancel their enrolment must notify the Academy in writing or by email at least 7 days prior to the course commencement date. Detailed cancellation rules may apply.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting administrative charges. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course has started.

Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Rules

Students are expected to maintain discipline and professional behavior during the training period. Any form of misconduct, disruption, or violation of academy policies may lead to disciplinary action or termination of enrolment.

Attendance and Performance

Regular attendance and active participation are mandatory. Students must meet minimum attendance and academic performance criteria to be eligible for certifications, internships, or placements.

Changes to Programs

Global Masters Academy reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or trainers if deemed necessary for academic or operational reasons. Any such changes will be communicated in advance to the students.

Spot Booking Terms and Conditions

If making a spot booking, by making the advance payment to Global Masters Academy, the student, parent, or guardian agrees to the following:

Payment Acknowledgment

The spot booking fee is a non-refundable reservation fee and will not be refunded under any circumstances including cancellation or withdrawn from the course.

The spot booking fee ensures reservation in the selected batch or the chosen program, subject to fulfillment of admission requirements.

The spot booking amount will be adjusted against the next installment of the total course fees.

The Academy reserves the right to modify batch schedules, course content, or other terms without prior notice.

By clicking the payment or submission button, the student, parent, or guardian confirms that : They have read and understood all terms and conditions; They accept these conditions without any reservations; They understand the non-refundable nature of the spot booking fee

Liability Disclaimer

The Academy is not liable for any financial loss incurred due to cancellation or withdrawal initiated by the student.

Referral Acknowledgment

If you were referred by a former student or associate of Global Masters Academy, we encourage you to mention their name during the admission process. This helps us recognize our valued ambassadors.
